Here’s my schedule for this go-round:
Friday (October 18): Uncover the Secrets of the Reformer (6hrs - 6 PMA CECs)
Saturday PM (October 19): Inversions and Upside Down Exercises (3hrs - 3 PMA CECs)
Sunday AM (October 20): Baby’s Got Back: Strengthening the Back Body Beyond Your Wildest Dreams (3hrs - 3 PMA CECs)
Will there be workouts? I won’t find out if I’m teaching any “lunchtime workouts” for Balanced Body until shortly before the conference. I’ll post here when/if I am!
