Whether in the studio or online, working with our older, de-conditioned clients takes a different understanding. What conditions exist and how do we work around them? Do you have enough truly effective exercises for this client…especially when working online with mat only? Are you able to provide what they need? This workshop will provide new exercises, remind you of ones you’ve forgotten, give you the skills to work around and with the multiple conditions our older, de-conditioned clients manage.
This is for teachers of all styles and any apparatus. We’ll be working on the mat and seated on a regular dining room or office chair. If you have a Thera-band, that will be useful, but not necessary.
