Pilates can be great for your pre and post-natal clients, but there are many guidelines of which to be aware. Every pregnancy and every post-natal experience is different. Still more than most of the physical aspects are the same and you must know them before taking your client’s health in your hands. This workshop is educational and still happens to be fun!
