As the greater knowledge increases and alters, then so should yours and our guidelines. In this workshop, you’ll get a solid education on what these conditions are based on the most up-to-date information and how to address them in Pilates both on equipment and on the mat. Is what we do the same on mat and the equipment? What do we let our clients do? What must they not do? How do we modify when needed? How do we make sure our clients do the right things? What do we do when they fight us? Even if you only meet up with one client with osteoporosis in your entire teaching life, you need to know what to do and what not to do…and it happens to be different from what you learned just last year!
